The Core Concept

The core concept for the design principle of "The Elion Grand Residences" is born out of an aim to reconnect this Tower with the City's cosmopolitan past. From finalizing the Site location to the planning and designing of the magnificent tower.

Architecture and Design Feature

Elion is designed with intricately ornamented and distinctive details adapted from the Architecture of Kolkata at it's prime.

THE ELEMENTS

From the Balustrades to the Piers, the Design of the Georgian bar placement, the heavily ornated Column capitals to the edgy Pedestal designs – everything compliments each other.

THE ELION HEAD

The majestic Elion bead is all set to add uniqueness to this project. It is the key highlight and the heart of the project.

THE MAIN ENTRANCE

The main entrance of the building is monumental and one-of-a-kind. It teases the majestic luxury one is about to experience.

THE COLUMNS

The Decorative columns are designed with complex and elaborate styles. The shaft has flutes designed to add character to the length of the massive Columns.
